  • If our courier partners are unable to reach your location, we truly apologise — our sparkle will find its way to you soon.

  • Note: We currently cannot split a single order into multiple destinations. For delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders.

📦 Domestic Shipping Privileges

  • FREE SHIPPING anywhere in India.

  • For high-value orders, our delivery partners may request valid government-issued ID to ensure secure handover. If the original recipient is unavailable, the person receiving must provide ID proof to collect on their behalf.

Registered customers can log in to their Kissmis account and click “Track Order” to see the live status of their delivery.

⏳ Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders:

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 working days from order confirmation

  • All timelines exclude delays caused by government or regulatory interventions.

  • In the rare event we cannot deliver within the stipulated period, we will cancel and refund directly to your original payment method.

We partner only with reputed courier agencies to ensure safe and punctual deliveries.

⚡ Express Delivery (Select Cities & Products)

  • Available in: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Delivered next day for eligible pincodes.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Delivered in T+2 days.

  • Other pincodes follow the standard 5–7 day delivery window.

  • Sundays & public holidays add an extra day to delivery timelines.
