At Kissmis, every creation is a handcrafted expression of beauty. If, however, your jewel arrives less than perfect, weβll ensure itβs made right β just as a gem is recut until it shines flawlessly.
π¦ Receiving Your Order
If your jewellery arrives in a damaged condition, or if the outer packaging shows signs of tampering before delivery:

Do not accept the package.

Immediately take a video and at least 2 clear photographs of the packaging.

Email them to help@kissmis.com or WhatsApp us at [Your WhatsApp Number] within 24 hours of delivery.
Once reviewed, our team will dispatch a replacement piece at no extra cost β your sparkle is safe with us.

1. π Contact Us
Raise your return request within 48 hours of delivery by reaching us at help@kissmis.com or [Your Phone Number].
2. π Return Authorisation
We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with simple, secure return instructions.
3. π Safe Return
Pack your jewellery in its original box & protective pouch. Clearly mention the RMA number on the return label.

Use a trackable courier with proof of delivery.

Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
π³ Processing Refunds
Once we receive and quality-check your returned jewel:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery refunds will be issued only as store credit, perfect for choosing another piece from our collection.
π Terms & Conditions β National Orders

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from fragrances or wear marks.

Refunds will be processed 7β10 working days post-approval.

Refunds may be declined if the jewellery is undamaged and matches the original order.

Free gifts are non-refundable.

Warranty claims will be compensated via store credit only.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched or shipped.

If cancelled post-shipment, refunds will be given only as store credit, minus shipping charges.

Festival/special offer items are non-refundable & non-cancellable.
